Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Zain Coach Bus ("Zain Coach", "we", "us") services, including booking tickets through our website or WhatsApp, travelling on our coaches, sending parcels and using our offices. By booking with us you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. We accept M-Pesa Send Money to the number shown on the booking confirmation page. Fares are per seat, one-way, and subject to change without notice until payment is received.

2. Boarding

Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We reserve the right to release unclaimed seats 10 minutes before departure. A booking reference and a valid photo ID (national ID or passport) are required at boarding.

3. Passenger Conduct

Smoking, alcohol and disruptive behaviour are not permitted on board. Zain Coach reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger who poses a safety risk, damages company property or breaches these Terms.

4. Luggage

Each passenger is entitled to one standard suitcase and one carry-on bag, free of charge. Excess or oversized luggage may attract an additional fee. We do not accept liability for fragile, valuable or perishable items packed in luggage.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please see our Refund Policy for the rules on cancelling or rescheduling a ticket. Reschedule requests are subject to seat availability on the new departure.

6. Delays & Disruptions

We work hard to run on time. Where road, weather or mechanical issues cause delays, we will communicate via SMS or WhatsApp to the number you booked with. Zain Coach is not liable for consequential costs arising from delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased. We carry passenger insurance as required by Kenyan law. Claims must be reported to customer care within 24 hours of travel.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the Kenyan courts.
