Information We Collect

Name, ID or passport number, and phone number when you book a ticket.
Travel details: route, travel date, departure time and seat selection.
Recipient name and phone number when you send a parcel.
Booking reference and payment confirmation (amount only, not card details — we accept M-Pesa).
Standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type) when you browse this site.

How We Use It

We use your personal information only to: confirm your booking, issue your e-ticket and booking reference, contact you about your journey, verify parcel collection, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

M-Pesa Payments

We accept payment only via M-Pesa Send Money. We never collect card numbers, CVVs, bank details or M-Pesa PINs. You confirm every transaction on your own phone.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses only the cookies and analytics tools required to operate it. Where applicable, optional tracking is gated behind visitor consent — visitors in the EEA, UK and high-risk US states see a banner before any optional tracker runs. Everywhere else, visitors get a footer link to opt out.

Data Retention

We keep booking records for 7 years as required by Kenyan tax law. Marketing enquiry records are kept for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
